Product Description

• Provides hours of scent-free, mess-free defense against mosquitos
• 15-foot zone of mosquito protection powered by a safe and compact 12-hour fuel cartridge
• Butane provides the cordless, portable heat that activates the devices
• Heat generated by the butane cartridge is directed to a metal grill
• A small mat saturated with repellent is inserted on top of the metal grill
• Heat disperses the repellent from the mat into the air, creating the zone of protection
• Mat turns from Blue to White when depleted
• Metofluthrin and allethrin, the active chemicals in the repellent mats
• Both are pyrethroids, based on a compound found in the chrysanthemum flower
• Numerous studies have demonstrated these chemicals’ effectiveness at repelling mosquitoes when used in a spatial repellent
• Both metofluthrin and allethrin have undergone thorough vetting by the EPA and other regulatory agencies around the world and are deemed safe for this intended use
